What happens after you book
The call
You describe the situation, and I ask my five questions. There are no slides, and I do not improvise a proposal during the meeting.
Within 48 hours
You receive a two-page written proposal covering what I heard in your words, what I propose, what will be different, one price and one decision date.
Your call
The proposal expires on the date stated, so neither of us has to chase the other. If the answer is no, that is a perfectly good outcome.
